Acceptance of Terms

By using the wave4pet app you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

Orders & Payments

Prices for products and services are shown including applicable taxes where relevant. By confirming an order you agree to pay the total amount shown using your selected payment method.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Refunds are subject to the shop or service provider policy and are returned to the original payment method.

Veterinary Services

Bookings with clinics and doctors are made directly with the service provider. wave4pet is an intermediary platform and does not itself provide medical advice or treatment.

Liability

We strive to ensure content accuracy and service availability, but we are not responsible for the quality of third-party products or services. That responsibility lies with the shop or service provider.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
